Shipping policy

GENERAL SHIPPING

Puzzle Tubes ships to all 50 US states as well as Australia, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom and some European countries. We're always looking to expand into other markets.

Make sure your items, preferences and delivery address are correct before placing an order. We cannot change orders once they have been placed. Once items have been shipped, we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.

Puzzle Tubes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Please note that between November 25th and December 25th there will be delays in shipping. Shipments may take longer due to mail traffic. Please plan accordingly.
